  Waited 10 minutes when there was only one customer in the queue before me , as the the only two baristas there were messing around singing very loudly (and badly) while making one coffee. Why it took two baristas to make one lady one drink is beyond me. He then turned round and said there was a queue , commented on the size of the queue , then went back to messing around with the other barista. When he did finally serve me , he did not apologise for the wait and furthermore didn't listen to my order and therefore got it wrong. Not happy and would not return , have never been let down in a costa before.
